Over the many years Team Sabre Sports has been running we've had many racers on our bikes, plus supported racers from Club to Grand Prix.

The current team has two riders, twins Luke and Jamie Mossey plus a full-time technician aided by John Mossey. Team Sabre Sports are based near Stansted Airport with purpose built workshops and full dyno testing facilities.

The boys first rode with Sabre support back in 2002 when they were competing in the Conti Cup, a series for 50cc machines. At the time, they were also competing in minimoto with Jamie taking nine championship wins between 2000 and 2003 in the British, ACU Regional and Eastern Counties Championships. Luke was never far behind with a string of runners up places behind Jamie, but he really came into his own when they moved up to the bigger and faster Conti machines. Luke won the 2004 Conti Cup and Jamie was 4th after a run of bad luck and machine problems.

At the end of the 2004 season they were invited to take part in the Metrakit World Festival at Almeria, Spain. With no previous track knowledge Luke took pole position and narrowly missed out on the race win.

After their impressive debut the team were invited to take part in the 2005 Metrakit Cup, held over six rounds in Spain.
